The new Audi A6 features a new single frame grille, bumper, air vents and fog lights, new daytime running lights, an all new gentle lip on the trunk, headlamps, tail-lamps, integrated chrome strip on the bumper, broad diffuser and straight exhaust pipes are part of the revamped rear end. There are lot of changes under the body. The suspension has been returned for better ride and handling characteristics and the Quattro models will get a 40:60 front / rear split for better rear-wheel drive. On the interiors, you get a tweaked Multi Media Interface (MMI) system among other things. The new generation engine from Audi will offer 15% more fuel efficiency compared to the current model. The engine options will remain the same as before with the 3.2 FSI petrol and 3.0-Litre TDI Diesel. The new one will be released early 2009 adding to a price Approx Rs. 42 Lakhs to 53 Lakhs.
