Tata Motors Will Continue Producing Nano At Pantnagar Plant

Tata Motors has announced that that even after the Sanand Plant in Gujarat gets operational in 2010; the company will also produce the Nano at the Pantnagar plant.
Tata Motors will set up a new satellite plant near its existing plant in Pantnagar, where it will manufacture up to 50000 units of the Nano per year. Tata Motors has been allotted more than 1,000 acres of land at Pantnagar by the Uttarakhand state government, for setting up the new satellite plant for Nano.
