Audi, the German car makers have opened a new service facility at New Delhi on 13th November’09.
The managing director of Audi India Mr. Benoit Tiers commented “World- class products need premium service and maintenance and our new state-of-the art facility in Delhi will set a new benchmark for service standards in the luxury car segment. Our philosophy of ‘Vorsprung durch Technik’ is not just about advanced technology, but also about the perfection we strive for in our service standards. The new facility in Delhi reflects this ideology and reaffirms our commitment to Audi owners in India.”
On the occasion Raghav Chandra, managing director, Audi Delhi said, “We are delighted to offer this world class after sales service facility, modeled on global parameters, to Audi customers in Delhi. The brand Audi has2/3 been extremely well-received in our market and the launch of this facility will enable us to further reiterate the Audi brand promise of world class products and premium service to our customers.”
Service facility Features
The service facility standards are said to be nothing lesser than the actual Audi international standards. The total area of the service facility is more than 20,000 sq ft which includes more than 14,000 sq ft covered service bay. Advanced tools and sophisticated equipments are other key factory which needs to be highlighted.
