Suzuki India to launch another 150CC bike next year
Suzuki Motorcycles India, a subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation Japan, is planning to launch another 150CC motorcycle in India by next year. This is a much affordable bike just like Zeus and Heat.
Atul Gupta, vice-president-sales and marketing briefed the release of a gearless scooter by 2011 also ,
“Suzuki Motorcycle is also undergoing a feasibility study to launch its second gearless scooter in 2011. Our strategy is to have a ‘value for money’ bike in the Rs 40,000 segment, introduce at least one more motorcycle above 150cc and launch another superbike. Two of these three launches should happen by next fiscal”
Hayabusa 1300 CC and Intruder 1700CC are other power bikes of Suzuki. Mr. Gupta spoke about the Hero Honda’s competition in 75cc-125cc motorcycles between Rs 40,000 to 50,000. He also mentioned about the importance of brilliant pricing and unique features that competitors does not offer.

hi this is shashi i purchased access 125 excellent scooter. i like its picket and mielage please release another 125 scooter in suzuki with disk braking system …
It would be nice if they launch a 150cc bike for less than 50,000rs. Not everyone needs stylish design,digital speedo etc. It is OK if it has round headlight and basic design if the price is around 50k. Someone like me needs raw power ,not stylish design and fairing. Ex. Yamaha Rx 135etc.
