Maruti Suzuki New MPV To Roll At The 2010 Delhi Auto Expo

Maruti Suzuki is getting ready to release the new model that will replace the versa model. It is possible that the new MPV model will be showcased at the upcoming 2010 Delhi Auto Expo that is dated from 5th to 11th January 2009. The company has stated that new model will be launched within this fiscal year.
“We will be launching a new van by the end of this fiscal. This vehicle will replace the Versa, whose production has already been stopped,” Maruti Suzuki India Managing Executive Officer (Engineering) I. V. Rao said.
He also added “The numbers were very low as it is for Versa and we were making the car only on demand” & “Now we have completely stopped production for the model.”
The new MPV called Eco will be married to a 1200cc BS-IV emission complaint and will have 5 & 7 seats options.
