Honda CBR150R launched in India and will ready to hit the roads by the end of March 2012. The company has launched the CBR150R at a price of Rs 121968 for the standard variant (Ex-Showroom, Bangalore). The Honda CBR150R is offered in two variants including the standard and deluxe.
The Honda CBR150R deluxe variant will cost Rs 1000 more than the standard variant in India. The CBR150 is powered by a 149.4cc, DOHC 4-Value, Liquid Cooled, 4-Stroke, SI, Fuel Injected engine that generates 17.58 BHP of power at 10500rpm and 12.66 Nm of torque at 8500rpm.

The new CBR150R is offered with an electric start with viscous paper filter with forced pressure and wet pump lubrication. It offers the rider with a 6-speed manual transmission with chain drive on the final transmission. The gear shift pattern is 1 down 5 up with manual clutch, wet multiplate type clutch type.
The 2012 Honda CBR150R comes with a diamond type frame type with tube type one side operation front suspension and tube type both side operation at the rear. The tyres are measured at 100/80 – 17 on the front and 130/70 – 17 at the rear. The brake is at 276mm in the front and 220mm at the rear.
Honda CBR150R weights 138 Kg (Kerb) and measured at 2000mm in length, 825mm in width, 1120mm in height, 1305mm in wheelbase, 190mm in ground clearance and has 13 litre fuel tank capacity.
The new Honda CBR150R is offered in four colour variant including the vibrant orange (Deluxe), black and candy palm green (Deluxe), black and pearl sunbeam white (Standard) and sports red (Standard).
