Toyota Kirloskar Motors India is gearing up to launch the 2012 Toyota Camry sedan in the month of August. There has been much talk of the new model. The Toyota Camry is one of the worlds largest selling cars and was recently showcased at the Auto Expo 2012 in Delhi. The 2012 Toyota Camry will enter India via completely knocked down(CKD) route. The CKD route will enable Toyota to price the 2012 Camry aggressively. From our understanding the 2012 Toyota Camry will be available in petrol variants and for now no diesel trims are expected. For the fact Toyota does not offer a diesel trim globally as well. So petrol heads the 2012 Camry is coming your way. What would be your choice a 2.4 liter petrol engine or a 3.5 Liter V6 petrol engine. These are the engines that are offered globally. Stay tuned to keep a track of the 2012 Toyota Camry story in India.
