Volvo Trucks have launched their new initiative the all new Volvo 10×4 Dump Trucks in India which have been built specifically for the deep opencast mining. These trucks are an innovation which are being built with keeping in pace with the dynamics of the industry for over a decade and a half. These trucks are believed to set new benchmarks in the mining industry.
The trucks have been built on the powerful, and reliable and proven Volvo 13litre platform. These FM480 10×4 trucks are believed to act as the next big ‘Game Changer’ of the mining industry. During the launch of the trucks, Mr. Philippe Divry, Volvo India Private Ltd and a VECV Board member said that at a time, where business is tough for everybody in the mining sector, Volvo, the market leader has once again innovates to create value for its customers. He further added that these will be the biggest trucks in India which has the look of a truck but a production capacity like a machine.
