This tracked excavator features high-end operator controls, sturdy structure apart from several other cutting-edge innovations. With its futuristic build and design, the JS205LC Tracked Excavator is sure to create a lasting impression and set a new standard for premium excavators in the Indian construction industry.

The JS205LC Tracked Excavator is environment friendly as it consumes low fuel compared to other excavator models in the industry. With the reduced fuel requirements, companies are set to make a saving of at least Rs. 1.3 Lakhs on a yearly basis.

CEO and MD of JCB India, Vipin Sondhi was heard saying “Today is a day of pride and honor for JCB India. Today again, JCB has raised the bars in creativity and innovation with the launch of New Tracked Excavator – JS205LC. The new 20 tonne Excavator offers the best fuel efficiency, combined with improved performance, results and productivity.” He also said that, “Our goal is to transform and design products that meet our customers’ needs and helps them in growing their business.”

The JS205LC Tracked Excavator is best suited for various construction applications like quarrying, earthwork as well as road construction. Equipped with a gross engine power with 106KW and an astounding bucket capacity of 0.8 cu.m – 1.02 cu.m, this new excavator is sure to be liked by most construction companies.

For maximum strength and a long shelf life, the JS205LC excavator comes with almost 22% larger sections seen in the rugged boom. The arm sections of this excavator are 7% wider and 12% deeper to lend power and strength. The fuel efficacy of the JS205LC excavator remains unmatched by other excavation models in the industry. This excavator by JCB India features two modes- Economy and Power.

The high-end load sensing hydraulic system integrated in this excavator cut down on energy requirements to a great extent. For efficient performance even in tough strata, the JS205LC Excavator features a well-designed bucket and dipper tear out forces. These combined together aid in boosting the output as well as less time spent in completing the task. Performance efficiency is enhanced by at least 10% compared to other excavator models.

Integrated with JCB’s Plexus Oil Filter System, the hydraulic oil shelf life of the JS205LC excavator is extended by almost 5000 hours. This in turn, brings down maintenance expenditure.

Flaunting an intelligent design, the bonnet of the JS205LC Tracked Excavator is compact in frame and hassle-free to handle. Supported by gas cylinders, the bonnet offers complete ease in closing and opening.

This reduces efforts required for regular maintenance of the tool. A wire mesh is also provided to ensure there is no clogging of oil cooler or radiator. Operator controls are placed ergonomically while the roof hatch is equipped with a rear sliding window. This greatly enhances the operator’s performance and overall efficiency in handling the excavator.
