Meet F1 Racers with Mercedes-Benz India Festive Campaign

The official automotive partner of India’s Buddh International Circuit, Mercedes-Benz India has announced the launch of an exciting festive campaign. With this campaign, the Indian subsidiary arm of the German carmaker is looking to cash on the F1 fad in India, which is slated to begin from August and will continue till October. As a part of the Mercedes-Benz India’s continued and close association with the popular motorsport, the luxury carmaker has been planning for several exclusive offerings and programs for its distinguished customers across the country as well as motorsport fans.

To draw the most of the festive season in India and conduct some eventful programs and activities, Mercedes-Benz India is all set to present participants with a one-of-its-kind opportunity to interact with their popular F1 racers Nico Roseberg and Lewis Hamilton. Customers who purchase any of the Mercedes-Benz cars between 20th August and 15th October, 2013 shall be allowed to take part in this exciting competition and the lucky winners will be meeting the AMG PETRONAS F1 team racers of Mercedes.

The campaign organizers will be choosing five lucky winners from different parts of the country. These lucky customers will be also provided with a free trip as they get a unique chance to meet and interact with Nico Roseberg and Lewis Hamilton and also witness the 2013 India Grand Prix from the stands. The tickets for the Indian Grand Prix are being sold at a few dealerships of Mercedes-Benz.

There is also a separate racing event organized for Corporate partisans, known as “Corporate Star Grand Prix – race to the chekered flag”. This competition will even be compered at the Buddh International Circuit. Here, 16 selected MD/CEOs’ will drag their boardroom experience and skills to the sole F1 track in India.

CEO and Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz India, Mr. Eberhard Kern stated in a press conference that every motorsports fanatic or a racing aficionado is eagerly awaiting the world’s most popular and biggest racing event in India. He added that Mercedes-Benz India wants to enhance the thrill and excitement for the F1 fans as it plans to introduce a series of exciting programs during the upcoming festive seasons.

Kern added that the campaigns reinforce the Mercedes-Benz ontology of “Best or Nothing”. He said that Mercedes-Benz India was thrilled to offer a unique gift to its loyal customers, a rare chance to meet and spend time with F1 heartthrobs Nico Roseberg and Lewis Hamilton, in addition to the tickets for the 2013 Indian Grand Prix.

Kern added that Mercedes-Benz India is proud to be associated with Buddh Internatonal Circuit and is seeking to leverage its partnership with the world’s largest racing event. He mentioned that the Indian arm of the carmaker is looking forward to offer an exciting and a memorable experience to all racing enthusiasts and its loyal buyers.

Mercedes-Benz India is also planning to organize an exciting ‘Young Star Driver’s Program at the Buddh International Circuit. This event will be conducted on 2nd September in the coming month. The aforementioned program will be a commencing platform for all budding motoring fans who look to carve an eventful career in the world of Motorsports.
