JCB comes to EXCON 2013 with 19 latest machines

If someone asks anyone in the field of building or roadways construction on what machine is being used the most, answer would always be JCB. In this year’s EXCON, the biggest firm that manufactures construction equipment in India will be showcasing its latest 19 machines. All these machines are made for the Indian work conditions and completely built in India. The exhibition has commenced from 20th November and it will go on till 24th November, 2013.

The venue of this exhibition is International Exhibition Centre, Bangalore. Like previous years, JCB has the most innovative and largest display of its machinery at EXCON 2013 this time as well.

The MD and CEO or JCB India division, Mr. Vipin Sondhi stated that the company is very delighted to be amongst one of the largest construction equipment manufacturer’s exhibition, which is also the largest in the entire South Asiatic region. JCB India has been making some world class equipment lately that has made the construction scenario in the nation very strong. In the future, the company wishes to raise the quality and bar on its technological innovation. The company has always been involved into designing, innovation and production of best machines that are not just excellent in performance, but they are fuel efficient as well. JCB is known not just for its products, but also for its network of product support that has 59 dealers dedicated to this brand, spread across the 555 outlets in the nation.

The flagship product of JCB is the Backhoe Loader, which gets better with updated innovation every year that passes by. EXCON 2013 will see the leading range of this peculiar flagship product of JCB in many upgraded variants that has not been launched yet. The exhibition will also have the global range of JCB’s Tracked Excavators that is known for its fuel efficiency, reliability, structure and the industry leading innovations. There will be JS30 Mini Excavator, JS205LR, JS220LC, JS360LC, JS145, JS205, JS120 and JS81 on display to the visitors. There would be two concept machines introduced by JCB here, which are considered best-in-class of the Loadalls; the Loadall 11m and Loadall 7m while Skid Steers SSL 155 and SSL 135 will be there as well.

In this exhibition, JCB won’t just put up its leading products on display, but it would have something more for the visitors. This would be an Innovation Centre at the JCB stand that will give a virtual 3D tour of JCB’s manufacturing units. The JCB “Livelink”, which allows its user to remotely monitor and consequently manage the machines, will also be there at the stand for close inspection. This peculiar innovative technology gives maintenance alerts, fleet hours, machine hours and the real time location alert of the equipment; giving the user an absolute control over the machine.

JCB India Limited: An introduction

The Ballabgarh, Haryana based JCB India Limited is a subsidiary of the JC Bamford Excavators Limited that has its HQ in UK. The latter is one amongst few of the globe’s leading manufacturers of construction and earthmoving equipments. In total JCB manufactures more than 300 different kinds of machines, which are sold in nearly 150 nations. Currently the JCB India has one manufacturing facility in Ballabgarh, Haryana, two manufacturing units in Pune while a manufacturing unit is under construction in Jaipur.
