Chevrolet Enjoy receives a facelift, launched in India

Chevrolet Enjoy isn’t a popular vehicle. It had been targeted for those customers who look for value-for-money products. While the Enjoy provided a decent package at its price but it still couldn’t sell in good numbers. Now, the company has launched a facelift variant of Chevrolet Enjoy which has been added with various new features to make the MPV a little more value-for-money package.

The facelift model of Chevrolet Enjoy doesn’t get any changes or alterations at the exterior front except for the blacked out B-pillars. All the new features are included on the inside of the vehicle. Chevrolet has provided a new 3 spoke steering wheel in the Enjoy. This gives a sporty feeling. Also, it has got the usual Chevrolet logo in the center along with silver accents. The steering wheel also consists of mounted audio controls. Chevrolet has added a hint of chrome in the interiors of the facelift variant of the Enjoy. You will find the use of chrome on the door handles, air-con vents, gear knob and parking lever. There is a glossy black finishing done on the door armrests. Chevrolet Enjoy has a maximum of 8 seats and the flexi-smart third row seats can be double folded to provide up to 630 litre of boot space. The material of the upholstery has been improved. Chevrolet has also provided a tilt adjustable steering wheel, height adjustable driver seat, power windows, 12V power outlet in the third row and power adjustable ORVMs.

On the engine front, the Chevrolet Enjoy continues to be available in two engine options: a 1.3 liter diesel engine which has been tuned to produce a max power of 74.8 PS at 4000 rpm and puts out 172.5 Nm of peak torque at 1750 rpm and a 1.4 liter petrol engine that churns out 100.2 PS of max power at 6000 rpm and 131 Nm of peak torque at 4400 rpm.

Like we mentioned before, there aren’t any changes to the exteriors of the Enjoy. Chevrolet has kept it to minimum and hasn’t changed the styling and appearance of the Enjoy. But the company did think of the safety of the passengers. The facelift model of Chevrolet enjoy has ten collision protection beams, ABS, EBD, dual airbags, rear park assist, rear window defogger, rear wiper with wash, central locking, speed sensitive auto door lock and remote locking.

The facelift Chevrolet Enjoy is available at a starting price of Rs 6.24 lakhs (ex showroom, New Delhi). It also comes with a standard warranty of 3 years or 1 lakh kms.
