And at this price point Renault has managed to offer all the necessary bells and whistles which a customer of this segment would wish for. Renault Kwid is powered by a 799 cc petrol engine that has been tuned to produce a max power of 53 BHP and 72 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The engine is pretty smooth and city driving wouldn’t be a problem. The Kwid also has an ARAI claimed fuel economy of 25.17 kpl which is amazing. Renault has also focused on the interiors of the car. There is decent amount of space inside the cabin. Four normal size adult should be able to sit comfortably. The fit and finish of the cabin is decent and so is the use of materials. Renault is also offering accessories like chrome grille fittings, chrome bumper protection, etc. for an extra amount. The exteriors of the Renault Kwid is nicely done. The front of the car is very stylish and sporty which we haven’t seen in any of its rivals. The overall look and presence of the car is good. There is also enough boot space to accommodate things for a short trip.
